But then life got in the way.

You found a career. You got married. You bought a house. You had kids. You got buried under a mountain of debt.

And all your hopes and dreams fell by the wayside as you joined the "real" world. And guess what happened?? You started to put yourself last and everything and everyone else, first.

But I'm going to tell you something here and I want you to remember it well..

You cannot be the best dad, husband, or partner you're capable of if you don't put yourself first.

This may sound selfish, but in actuality, it's the exact opposite. Because you've let yourself go, for whatever reason, you are doing yourself and those you love, a great disservice.

When you feel great, know you look great, can walk with confidence in yourself, and know you're crushing it, every single aspect of your life becomes better. 

I know that some of these things may seem like just a wish at this point because you've given up on yourself or you're full of excuses like:
  • I don't have time
  • I don't have money for a gym
  • I don't know where to start
  • I can't control my eating
  • I don't know how or what to eat to be healthy
Yes, these ARE excuses but I know exactly how you feel because I was there.
The good news is that you are in control of what happens from this moment forward. The bad news is that you waited this long to start.
 
Let me explain why. But first, some introductions...
This is me, Steve Roy, and I'm just a regular dad who has committed himself to staying active and healthy. For me and for my kids.

So I changed. And I started with the area that I believe can be the catalyst to everything else: fitness.

Well, not exactly… which is why I’m here to help. 

And when I say help, I don’t just mean make you look great (which is exactly what I’ll do!).
